What is integral coaching?
Integral coaching helps you to arrive at deep insights about yourself, which can lead to lasting and meaningful development. The integral approach explores all the essential elements of being human: spiritual, cognitive, emotional and somatic. It moves to the core of how you see your world and your perceived challenges.
Coaching is effective, because it is designed to meet the unique needs and expectations of each individual. It can positively, effectively and permanently impact you and the company you work for.
Our job is to guide you on a path of personal development, while being fully present and witnessing your own way of ‘being’ in the world. When you become unstuck from the assumptions that have locked you into seeing the world in a certain way, you are released to explore new and different ways of encountering your life.
Our coaching develops individuals to be more effective, more fulfilled, and better enabled to contribute meaningfully to their businesses.
Integral coaching is not therapy, mentoring, managing, teaching or offering advice. It is a private, one-on-one process that focuses on developing insights, understanding and actions that assist you in being more content and competent in the workplace. At its inception, Tindzaba Consulting understood for this emerging industry to mature and gain the respect of corporate South Africa, their needs to be structure. We aim to support the development of this structure by being the de facto standard and benchmark for coaching excellence. We do this in three different ways:
- Under the auspices of our learning partner, Centre for Coaching based at the UCT Graduate School of Business (GSB), our public coaching programmes are accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
- The theoretical underpinnings of our work and our teaching methodologies are aligned with the academic rigour required at the GSB.
- We have a network of professionally accredited integral coaches trained in the same methodology and coaching philosophy underwritten by New Ventures West (NVW). NVW is one of the top coaching schools in the USA that has over 25 years of experience in teaching this style of coaching (integral coaching).
