Robin Richards

Robin Richards has a double Honours degree in Applied Social Sciences and Human Resources Management and obtained a Master degree with distinction in Geographical and Environmental Sciences in 1994 from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He has worked as a researcher for the Centre for Social and Development Studies (University of KZN) and at the Institute for Social and Economic Research, Rhodes and Fort Hare Universities. Robin has also occupied senior positions (in Project and Programme Management) at various non-profit organisations including the Community Agency for Social Enquiry (CASE) and the Centre for Policy Studies (CPS). He has more than 20 years of applied social research experience and has undertaken a wide range of monitoring and evaluation and impact studies and has published papers in peer-reviewed journals, articles for other publications and research reports. He is a member of the South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association (SAMEA)
