Sifiso Mbuyisa- Managing Director

Sifiso brings a mixture of experience as a manager, integral coach, conflict transformation practitioner, and mediator, facilitator, trainer, and research and policy analyses. He has over 10 years in the mediation, training and coaching arena. Since that time, he has become a certified coach and mediator and works with clients using integral coaching method.

In addition to coaching, Sifiso has worked in the areas of International Development, including United Nations and the European Union. He has extensive experience working for the Non-Governmental Sector, Public Sector and Democracy Supporting institutions.

Sifiso has diverse experiences and has lived and worked in SADC and other African countries. He has worked in Indonesia, East Timor and Australia. Whilst in the employment of the provincial government Western Cape, he built a reputation as a successful, effective mediator and facilitator of dialogue between parties in conflict.

In addition to graduating with Masters in Political Science (University of Natal), Sifiso received his Masters in Law from the University of Cape Town. He has completed an Executive Leadership Course with the University of Stellenbosch.

He has received Accreditation as Civil & Commercial Mediator with the University Of Stellenbosch Business School (Africa Centre for Dispute Settlement) in partnership with Conflict Dynamics. He also holds accreditation from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in the United Kingdom.

Sifiso certified as Integral Coach after completing the Professional Coaching Course with the Centre for Coaching through UCT Business School.

Dipuo Nkaunyane

Dipuo is a Certified Professional Coach. She certified with New Venture West, through the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town. Her mission is to contribute towards a more caring, kind, peaceful and rewarding way of life and being for individuals, organisations and businesses. She has spent over 20 years working in the corporate environment in South Africa, Nigeria and the USA. Dipuo has diverse work experiences. She has worked in the Motor Manufacturing Industry (BMW), ICT (Telkom), as well as with Non-Governmental Sector supporting Small and Medium Enterprises. She has held various leadership roles including executive position at Telkom SA and as Sales and Marketing Director with Multi-links in Nigeria. Dipuo is a keen traveller. She has travelled to more than 20 countries and lived in 4 of those countries for periods ranging from 2-5 years. Amongst her academic qualifications, she has a Master of Science degree in Management (Hartford Graduate Centre –USA), Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

Jiva Chokkappan

Jiva is a Chartered Accountant and qualified Professional Integral Coach, which was completed in February 2010.He has extensive business experiences and does facilitation work with leaders and enhancing team performance.

Jiva spent 17 years in the Retail corporate world with Truworths and Woolworths. He has held a number of senior roles .His emphasis has been in the financial and strategic aspects of the business. His role also included strategically growing the International Franchise business for Woolworths in Africa and the Middle East. The last seven years he has managed his own Woolworths Franchise business in Witbank. Much of his time is spent on strategic development of the business and developing his staff and management. He has used coaching as a means of achieving excellence in his people.

Jiva has been coaching managers for years. He has been doing business coaching with Franchisees within Woolworths. Jiva has also been a mentor on their Associate coaching course at the Cape Town Business School from July to December 2010 and also Mentor on the PCC course 2012.

Jiva believes that people need to be nurtured to achieve their true potential and this takes time and a huge sense of commitment. He has been in business for a long time and understands the expectation.

Jiva completed the Coaching to Excellence,Associate(ACC)and Professional Coaching(PCC) through the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business and New Ventures West (USA). These courses are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in the USA.

Nothemba Mxenge

Nothemba is certified Integral Coach through USA-based New Ventures West and the UCT Graduate School of Business’ Centre for Coaching. She is also a qualified Results Coaching System and a Multiple Brain Integration Coach.

She has been coaching since 2013 and empowering individuals, teams and organisations to live life purposefully, consciously and meaningfully.

Nothemba completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering (UCT), a Master’s in Business Leadership, MBL (School of Business Leadership, SBL) as well as certificates in Management Development (UCT) and Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling (UK).

She began her career as a brewing technical trainee at South African Breweries (SAB), where she quickly advanced from being a production team leader, business area manager, process engineer to a senior leader responsible for the company’s World Class Manufacturing (WCM) strategy implementation, entrenchment and sustainment. She therefore has vast expertise in continuous improvement or lean principles, tools, techniques and methodologies, utilising them to attain operational excellence.

She later joined African Explosives Limited, Mining Services (AEL) as Group Manufacturing Excellence Manger responsible for the crafting of and deployment of the organisation’s operational excellence agenda.

Her 14-year long corporate career in technical, managerial and leadership roles built a solid foundation in business leadership, personal development, change management, performance management, project management, learning and development and continuous improvement.

Nothemba’s professional and personal experience ignited a passion for empowering individuals, teams and organisations to live life purposefully, consciously and meaningfully leading her to a career in professional coaching. She has completed a Brain-Based Coaching certificate (ACC) (Results Coaching System, Neuroleadership Group), a Multiple Brain Integration Techniques, mBIT Coaching certificate (mBIT International) as well as an Associate Coaching Course (ACC) and Professional Coaching Course (PCC) from the Centre of Coaching (UCT Graduate School of Business).

Dennis Gilbert

A self-motivated, experienced and creative Integral Coach who demonstrates abilities to identify clients areas for development and then design compelling tailor-made Integral Coaching Programs that enables them to develop their competencies so that they can engage their lives with their whole self. Gilbert has completed CTE, ACC, PCC and the Integral Coaching Circles at the Graduate School of Business at UCT and New Ventures West (i.e.in the USA). He has begun training toward the Master Class in Integral Coaching with the same institutions as well. He is affiliated to the International Coach Federation (ICF) and carry their credentials as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He has completed (2012) the train-the-trainer course by Ginger Lapid-Bogda on Bringing out the best in clients using the enneagram.

He has worked as a Principal Clinical Health Professional for 18 years (i.e. both in the Private and Public Sectors). ). He draws from this experience the richness of strategic thinking to work within the systems available to me; to design long-term solutions that are appropriate given the variables that would enable its sustainability. In addition to his coaching qualifications and credentials, Gilbert has BChD and MSc (UWC).

Yahya Mayet

Yahya Mayet has over 8 years of experience within management consulting within Global Top Tier firms. He has a background in Finance and Strategy from University of Cape Town and is a qualified Integral Coach and has a Masters Class in Applied Jungian Psychology. His clients have ranged across multiple industries both locally and internationally (financial, mining, energy, logistics, hospitality, local and national government). He has a unique skill-set that has seen him perform complex projects from strategy development, operationalization and all the way to continued implementation.

Yahya has a developed passion for empowering people to own their own development. His areas of expertise: behavioral change management, talent management, leadership development, HR optimization and organizational development. He has led and managed large-scale transformational projects, development and execution of leadership development, coaching and mentoring programs and new ways of performance management.

Special areas of focus that ignite Yahya’s thirst for change are: diversity inclusion, youth and graduate development, business incubation, transformational leadership coaching, group coaching and leadership development using multiple modalities. Zinhle Mpungose

Robin Richards

Robin Richards has a double Honours degree in Applied Social Sciences and Human Resources Management and obtained a Master degree with distinction in Geographical and Environmental Sciences in 1994 from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He has worked as a researcher for the Centre for Social and Development Studies (University of KZN) and at the Institute for Social and Economic Research, Rhodes and Fort Hare Universities. Robin has also occupied senior positions (in Project and Programme Management) at various non-profit organisations including the Community Agency for Social Enquiry (CASE) and the Centre for Policy Studies (CPS). He has more than 20 years of applied social research experience and has undertaken a wide range of monitoring and evaluation and impact studies and has published papers in peer-reviewed journals, articles for other publications and research reports. He is a member of the South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association (SAMEA)
